Breathing is one of the most fundamental acts of life. Tuning into your breath and increasing its ease can be transformational, particularly in times of substantial stress. Meditation offers a range of practical tools to reconnect us with our breath, body, mind and spirit. Tibetan meditation expert Alejandro Chaoul, Ph.D., reviews scientific findings on the health benefits of meditation and shares simple yet profound meditative techniques and breathing exercises. This class includes practices that may help you build resilience by staying more present and calm.
