Creativity is the fuse that makes life vibrant, yet it is easily lost in becoming and being an adult. Its definitions include being inventive, original and imaginative, which are words that can intimidate. This course allows anyone to begin or renew a relationship with the creative impulse, its inner wildness and certainty. We explore what feeds the sense of self from which creativity springs and what blocks this natural force. Learn that you are your own muse and that heeding the instinct to play makes life a discovery once again. This interactive workshop includes thought questions, personal reflection, discussion and fun, freewheeling, explorative simple writing, art and other exercises. Come and play into awakening your creativity. People from all walks of life and fields are welcome in this dynamic workshop.
