Learn to develop, coordinate with fundraising efforts, implement and evaluate the strategic planning process effectively. A strategic plan is a powerful organizational development tool as it clearly delineates priorities and provides a framework for future action. But how can a nonprofit organization work with its many stakeholder groups to develop a comprehensive strategic plan? A well thought out, inclusive process is the best way to ensure the strategic plan becomes a living document that is seamlessly integrated into all organizational activities. This course focuses on helping you think through a planning process that makes sense for your organization and explore the many planning tools and techniques available.
