This course teaches managers of development teams how to think differently in order to adapt to a new role and to succeed in bringing out the best in their staff. Fundraising professionals that excel at building financial support for their respective organizations are often placed into managerial roles as the next step in career development. These skillsets do not always complement each other immediately.
