This online course covers the core concepts of constituent relationship management and will explain which data elements, performance metrics, analyses, reports and processes are needed to implement this approach. Relationship management describes the process or methodology by which an organization focuses its fundraising efforts on activities and strategies that advance the relationship between constituents and the organization’s mission.
