The college access counselor plays a significant role in communicating and working with all stakeholders to ensure a student’s successful transition from high school to college. From advising students and their families through the college search, to explaining the application and admissions process, counselors must implement a robust management system of communication and guidance. This online course also addresses creating a college list, explaining admissibility and working with campus staff and college admissions counselors.

This course may be taken independently or as a component of the College Access Counseling Certificate.
