Whether you are an experienced project manager or new to project management, this course will introduce you to Agile methods. These methods can enhance traditional project approaches and may be used to manage projects that are not developed in a traditional manner.

Agile methods provide flexible and collaborative approach that focuses on developing and delivering products and services quickly by adapting to changing requirements and stakeholder needs. These methods promote continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

The Project Management Institute (PMI®) now promotes agile methods for all professional project managers. This course will introduce a hands-on approach to learning the four domains of Agile knowledge: Agile Mindset, Leadership in the Agile Environment, Product, and Agile Delivery
