Every impact-driven organization is short on resources: time, money, people. In this course, you'll learn how to add capacity in all three areas by elevating your brand strategy. With a curriculum that covers communications strategy, messaging best practices and advanced storytelling tactics, you'll return to work with ready-to-implement tips and tools that will help you activate your audience around your mission, increasing your capacity and momentum so that you can accelerate your overall impact. From defining your North Star and overall purpose to crafting messaging that resonates with your audience to identifying and mastering the tools and social platforms that will best advance your objectives, this two-day course will help you propel your organization forward and re-envision your path towards making a difference.

Due to the high demand for courses, registrations are considered final as of 10 working days before class starts. No refunds will be issued after these dates and credits will not be given for future classes. No refunds will be granted for participants who miss a portion of a program. Refund requests before the deadline are subject to a 10% processing fee and must be made in writing to cpnl@rice.edu. Refunds for credit card payments will be processed as credits to the accounts from which they were paid and may not appear as a credit until the following statement. Refunds for enrollments paid by check take up to four weeks to be processed and mailed by the Rice University accounting office. There is a $30 charge for any check returned for insufficient funds.
