This online course details proven practices to manage and assess a nonprofit's major gift fundraising portfolios and pipeline and outlines policies to define supporting processes and protocols. These data points and policies constitute a relationship management ecosystem, by which an organization focuses its fundraising efforts on activities and strategies that advance the relationship between constituents and the organization's mission. Effective relationship management enables Prospect Development to inform data-driven decision-making. This course is an elective for the Fundraising Operations Certificate program.
